Synopsis of the Turkish series Sadaqat Siz
Asia (Jansou Dere) is a 37-year-old general practitioner and assistant director of the hospital in Tekirdag city. He has a very successful career and lives a perfect life with his wife Vulkan (Janer Jindoruk) and his teenage son Ali (Alp Akar). She left her hometown Izmir to marry her husband. She never regrets her decision until she begins to suspect that her husband is having an affair.
Vulcan seems to be the perfect family man. He is passionate, takes care of his wife and son, and behaves responsibly. He runs a small architecture firm and works as an architect. Although he loves his wife, he finds himself in a difficult situation due to an immoral relationship.
Asia trusts her husband very much. However, when she notices a strand of blonde hair on Vulcan’s dress, she suspects him of infidelity. Asia tries her best to get rid of this situation but she can’t help the bad feeling in her heart. Therefore, he tries to find out the truth.
By accident, Asia learns that her husband has been working with his assistant Serap (Oleki Yousofoglu) for at least a year. Serap says Vulcan values work-family balance and leaves work around 5 p.m. every day. Knowing this fact, Asia is surprised. This is because her husband comes to their house every day around 8 pm and lies about his working hours.
Asia explains these concerns to her friends Bahar (Yeliz Kovanji) and Darya (Elif Ozge Ozder), who are both childhood friends of her husband Vulkan. Bahar is her neighbor while Darya is a doctor at the same hospital where Asia works. When Asiya questions her marriage, both Bahar and Darya comfort her and convince her that these worries are unfounded.
Despite the advice of her friends, Asia decides to secretly pursue her husband. She leaves the hospital around 16:30 and goes to her husband’s workplace. When Vulcan leaves the workplace, Asia begins to follow him. However, his pursuit leads him to the home of his ailing mother-in-law. Asia tries her best not to show her emotions and acts as if she bumped into her husband by accident. Vulcan explains that he visits his mother almost every day due to her deteriorating condition. However, after making small talk with the housekeeper, Asia learns that Vulcan hasn’t visited his mother in almost a month.
Asia has nothing to do but reveal the truth to return to her normal life. She knows for sure that her husband lied. Now, he must find the woman with whom her husband is having an affair. He makes a deal with a young patient, Neil (Nazley Bullom). Asia writes a prescription for sleeping pills and Neal agrees to follow Vulcan.
The next day, Neal follows Vulcan in his car and discovers that he is meeting a young woman. He does not see the woman’s face but takes a picture of her car. Meanwhile, Asia organizes a birthday party for her husband and tries to keep calm. He tries his best not to show his true feelings.
At Vulcan’s birthday party, Asia searches his car to find more evidence. In the car, he discovers a box hidden in the trunk. In that hidden compartment, he finds a cell phone with a background picture of a young woman in Derin (Melisse Sézen), who is the daughter of one of his patients. In the phone’s gallery, he finds photos of Vulcan, Darin, and his friends Behar and Mert (Eren Wordham) on vacation together. In the phone messages, he sees a message from his friend Darya, who warned Vulkan about Asia’s doubt. Asia realizes that she has been betrayed not only by her husband but also by her friends for a long time.
